Bill and Leah DeLaughter have been serving as missionaries to Arusha Tanzania since 2005.

The vision for
Arusha, Tanzania:

Arusha being the most influential city and a gateway to the northern sectors of Tanzania, is a city of close to 1 million people whose population is a cross section of the tribes around it and of the international community of Tanzania.  We believe that it is God’s vision for Arusha to be the starting point for the larger vision for all of Tanzania to initiate, encourage, and influence a self replicating, interdependent, indigenous owned discipleship movement in the city of Arusha that will carry over into the surrounding tribes and neighboring gateway cities and into unreached people of Tanzania.  That movement will be designed to be independent of denominational ties, but will be founded on and uphold Restoration Movement principles in a holistic manner leaving no area of life, culture, religion or any other aspect of life untouched and transformed by the presence and preeminence of the Kingdom and its Church.
